We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Little Outlaws. If you have purchased the wrong size, colour or item, we will happily assist you with an exchange or store credit to use at a later date. We do not refund unless an item is faulty.
We are more than happy for you to exchange your items within 14 days.
Items must be unworn/unused, in original condition with all original packaging and tags to be eligible for exchange. The cost of returning your items to Little Outlaws for exchange is the customer's responsibility. We will then happily cover the cost of postage for the new item back to you. We also offer the option of store credit to use at a later date if you prefer. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your exchange.
Refunds are only provided if an item is faulty. Please contact us within 14 days if you believe you are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed once your item has been inspected by Little Outlaws. Please email email@example.com
